Executive Search

Database Search

Following a thorough briefing, we would prepare a detailed job specification and access our database to establish the number of individuals who appear to satisfy the requirements. We then contact the potential candidates to confirm their interest and conduct telephone interviews. A shortlist of candidates is submitted and we would then handle all the logistics and follow-up procedures.


 

Personality Profiling

We place great importance on due diligence, taking detailed telephone references from previous employers and colleagues and checking qualifications directly with educational establishments and professional bodies. We are also able to coordinate psychological assessments on behalf of clients who wish to measure a range of skills and personal qualities in potential recruits.
